Emory University Auxiliary Services Manager (Oxford College) in Atlanta, Georgia

Represents the Oxford College of Emory University in management of food service and bookstore contracts with third parties, and is directly responsible for financial and operational management and planning for housing, vending, and other auxiliary enterprises.
Develops business and operations plans and manages their implementation to effectively achieve programmatic goals set by Oxford College Campus Life and Academic Affairs, and to achieve revenue goals set by the Dean of the College.
Serves as liaison to University Food Service Administration and Bookstore contract administration offices to provide on-site support for communication, facility and equipment management, and campus programming.
Promotes the sustainability goals of the College as they relate to auxiliary services.
Collaborates with Finance, Resource Planning and Operations, Campus Life, Academic Affairs, and main Emory campus auxiliary offices to meet short-term operational goals.
Represents Oxford in cooperative ventures with the City of Oxford, Georgia and other third party participants in Oxford College's auxiliary enterprises. Performs other related duties as required by management.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Demonstrated experience related to business management and operational planning for an enterprise of similar size (annual budget about $30M).
Higher education experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field and two years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
