Description

Candidate's with Saviynt (preferred) or Microsoft Entra ID (minimum) experience are highly preferred.

The Identity & Access Management Analysts are responsible for support in configuration and deployment of the applications, connectors and server management supporting the Information Security Identity and Access Management platform, including development, integration, deployment, and testing.

  • Provides handling of escalated support issues.

  • Work with other IT and business teams to develop and implement IGA/PAM solutions.

  • Conduct regular audits of the organizations IGA/PAM environment to identify and address any security risks or Segregation of Duty violations.

  • Maintain and improve the organization's IGA documentation.

  • Stay up to date on the latest IGA and PAM technologies.

  • Ensure ongoing performance, availability, and scalability of the Identity Management infrastructure.

  • Application and server performance monitoring and tuning, load testing, error logging and error management.

  • Participate in first line of support for issues related to the Identity Management infrastructure.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of current issues in the realm of information security and Identity Management.

  • Recommend and implement access policies, password policy, and authorization approval workflows.

  • Monitor internal and external bulletins and alerts pertaining to the IAM platforms: Oracle, Linux, PeopleSoft, etc.

  • Evaluate vulnerability impact/change impact and formulates and executes risk mitigation plans.

  • Ensure the system is functioning as required to support the enterprise.

  • Maintain broad understanding of information security including HIPAA, PCI, ISO27002, NIST and other information security frameworks and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Security or a related field required.

  • 3-4 years of experience in identity governance and administration.

  • Experience with Saviynt EIC Platform for IGA or other.

  • Experience with Cloud Platforms

  • Experience with identity and access management best practices.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

  • Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions

  • Experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA

  • Experience with risk management

  • Experience with Saviynt EIC Platform (preferred) OR Microsoft Entra ID (minimum)
