Job Description Plans, organizes, leads and directs the day to day operations of clinical staff in an outpatient clinic environment to provide optimal patient and family centered care. Provides staff leadership in clinical operations activities such as nurse practice, staffing, scheduling, process improvement and cost containment activities. This includes managing employee performance as well as communicating with physicians and internal administrators to ensure a high level of clinic productivity. Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing, preferably a BSN. Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia. Minimum of two years progressive clinical experience. Previous supervision experience strongly preferred. BCLS required. ACLS may be required for some specialties. Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
