JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serves as Prospect Management team liaison to assigned units and engages frontline fundraisers in strategic conversations and quantitative and qualitative analysis of their portfolios of prospects.

  • Provides activity reports to aid in the day-to-day performance management of all development officers in the various university units and their respective staff.

  • Manages data entry for the coding associated with prospect tracking.

  • Creates auditing reports to ensure data integrity within the prospect tracking process.

  • Provides support for the development of activity reports to measure both quantity and quality of major gift activity.

  • Identifies major gift and leadership prospects through database mining.

  • Responds to inquiries and oversees maintenance of related prospect management databases and reports.

  • Attends various meetings and professional activities with or on behalf of the Director of Prospect Management. Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree and two years of experience with supporting information systems and\or fundraising systems, knowledge of higher education environment, and demonstrated ability in supporting systems, reports and activity, OR an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.

Additional Details

  • Proficient in MS Ofice applications and searching online databases.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Ability to work well under deadlines and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Good writing skills.
