Description

Grady Hospital is seeking an experienced Facilities Planning Coordinator. This position will act as interim support for transition of Asst. Dir and new Facilities Mgr on Grady campus and serve vital role in the Campus initiative on space planning. Our ideal candidate will be able to increase coordination between Emory and Grady facilities planning representatives and has experience in coordinating meetings, gathering documentation and working on next step action plans. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Plans, directs and coordinates facilities operations for the department.

  • Ensures that all facilities (buildings, supplies and equipment) for teaching and research are available and safe.

  • Assists in the preparation of the department's facilities budget.

  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree and one year of experience in construction, engineering, architecture and/or coordinating large projects or events, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
