Functions as a human resources professional with expertise in multiple human resources specialties.
Analyzes relevant data and provides input into the design and administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs in an effort to meet the needs of assigned business unit(s).
Advises customers, staff and leadership on human resources issues.
Interprets and counsels leadership and employees on policies and procedures to ensure their fair and consistent application.
Ensures forms and documents are completed in a timely manner.
Performs related responsibilities as required.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (or equivalent related experience).
Five years of human resources administration experience which includes three years in a human resources specialty.
Proficient with various personal computer software applications including a word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet package.
This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home temporarily during the COVID-19 pandemic, with intent to return to an Emory University location in the future. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
