This position works at The Emory Clinic onsite at Coca-Cola. This is a part-time position working 8a-5p, 20 hrs/wk.

Serves as a skilled practitioner in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for an assigned group of patients.
Primary responsibilities include clinical practice, management, education and research.
Provides care to patient populations with more complex health issues and serves as a clinical resource to nursing staff.
Determines appropriate nursing interventions for identified patient problems, symptoms, behavioral changes, and teaching needs.
Analyzes, anticipates, and handles less predictable outcomes of nursing interventions.
Functions in the Charge Nurse role and orients other nurses to the role.
Determines staffing needs, makes patient care assignments, and evaluates staff performance.
Participates in the development and revision of patient care and operational forms, including clinical pathways.
Identifies staff and patient educational needs and recommends appropriate in-services; conducts staff in-services and patient care conferences.
Participates in unit orientation of new staff and serves as a preceptor.
Performs related responsibilities as required.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
Ten years of recent registered nursing experience of which one year of nursing experience is in the area of employee/occupational health.
Recommended to have COHN certification or at a minimum working towards certification.
BLS, ACLS, and Healthcare Provider certifications required.
