Description

The Program Coordinator supports the Supply Chain project management team by coordinating program-related activities, establishing long-term objectives, and assisting in the successful implementation of projects. This role involves identifying factors that would impact the success of the program, developing project management tools, implementing system-wide improvements, and supporting the sustainment of new systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management, with a strong background in process improvement and implementation. Additional skills include Business Information Systems (BIS) knowled ge, as well as i ntermediate to advanced Excel proficiency . The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program.

  • Three years of related experience, preferably within Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.

  • Familiarity with process improvement, project implementation, and advanced Excel.
