Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee MRI operations across Emory Healthcare hospitals and outpatient imaging centers. This role requires flexibility and a passion for operational excellence, as daily local travel is essential to support our diverse team and facilities.
Ideal candidates will bring:
Proven experience as a radiologic technologist (MRI experience strongly preferred).
A Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees or relevant certifications are highly valued).
Strong leadership skills with a focus on workflow optimization, staff development, and process improvement .
A collaborative mindset to partner with technologists, radiologists, and operational leaders to drive quality care and enhance patient experience .
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in business administration, management, health administration, or related field.
Masters degree preferred.
Six years management experience within a medical imaging environment including multi-site group oversight.
