Emory University Research Fellow/Trainee- Renal Division in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

Serve as NRSA trainee in the Renal Division. Positions may be available in several basic science, translational, or clinical research programs within the Division. Many, but not all, projects involve animal and cell based model systems to study renal transport physiology.

Trainees will be responsible for designing, conducting and presenting research, as well as participating in appropriate trainings, seminars and symposiums as required.

Candidates will be expected to submit abstracts to national meetings, write papers for peer-reviewed journals, and submit grants to national funding agencies (i.e., F32, AHA fellowship grants) during their tenure.

Please note- Due to grant funding restrictions, applicants must be US Citizens or Green Card holders at the time of application.
