We are seeking a Sr. Applications Development Analyst with experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow's cloud computing platform at the enterprise level.

Develop and coordinate the maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Consult with process owners and customers to understand business problems and develops technical solutions.Provides technical expertise on applications, technical tools, integrations and software interfaces for the ServiceNow platform.Provides technical support to customers and staff.
Partner with appropriate staff to develop requirements and specifications for applications.
Implements developed applications and provides customer support.
Perform additional responsibilities, as assigned.
Six years of information technology experience OR a bachelor's degree and four years of information technology experience.
Positions in this classification may require a knowledge of one or more programming languages and/or a knowledge of an application and application tools.
Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow.
Integration experience with web services utilizing XML. HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP highly preferred.
NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home temporarily during the COVID-19 pandemic, with intent to return to an Emory University location in the future. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
