7am - 7:30pm/ PRN/ 12 Hours

We're seeking a Staff Support Student for Emory University Hospital responsible for being a capable certified technician who cares about the quality of their work an ensuring the safety for all patients.

This individual will:

• Emory Healthcare is seeking responsible, devoted, and energetic undergraduate and graduate students that are interested in gaining experience in various areas within a healthcare setting.

• This is a paid onsite position that will be responsible for supporting our compassionate, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic teams as they work to improve the lives of patients and families throughout Georgia.

• The nature and scope of work may vary depending upon assignment. Individuals in this role may be expected to float depending on the hospital's or clinic's need.

• Task may include, but are not limited to, the following: patient registration, dining services, patient transport, clerical/administrative support, limited clinical support, or stocking/receiving inventory.

• For PGP student floaters only: Tasks may include patient registration and scheduling, Hours are typically dayshift/weekdays.

• Students are hired for groups starting in January, June, and September of each year.Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 yrs of age.

• Currently enrolled as a student in a college or university.

• Minimum of 4-8 hours per week.

• Hours can be on weekdays or weekends.

• This position is based on department need and will close once all needs are filled.
