JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for effectively and efficiently performing all related activities for the sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing of internal and external candidates for job vacancies.
In partnership with leadership, sources, selects, interviews, recommends and processes the placement of candidates for allied health, leadership and technical positions throughout Emory Healthcare.
Ensures adherence to all federal, state and local regulations and EHC policies in the employment process. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field highly preferred.
Education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Three years of human resources administration experience which includes three years in a human resources specialty.
Proficient with various personal computer software applications including a word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet packages.
