Oversees the daily shift operation of the patient tray line, late tray service, sanitation, and dishwashing activities related to patient and cafeteria meal services.
Gives daily work assignments to staff based on staffing requirements.
Trains, develops, disciplines and evaluates staff.
Administers and ensures compliance to department policies and procedures.
Performs related responsibilities as required.
A high school education or equivalent.
Five years of food service experience. Some positions in this classification may require a certified Dietetic Manager, certified Hospital Service Supervisor or a registered Dietetic Technician.
NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
