Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversees the daily shift operation of the patient tray line, late tray service, sanitation, and dishwashing activities related to patient and cafeteria meal services.

  • Gives daily work assignments to staff based on staffing requirements.

  • Trains, develops, disciplines and evaluates staff.

  • Administers and ensures compliance to department policies and procedures.

  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high school education or equivalent.

  • Five years of food service experience. Some positions in this classification may require a certified Dietetic Manager, certified Hospital Service Supervisor or a registered Dietetic Technician.

NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
