JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the overall performance, planning, patient access and day-to-day staffing and operations of the entity. The VP, Operations participates in short- and long-term strategic planning for The Clinic and actively promotes the mission of the organization by assuring the achievement of overall quality, service, and performance improvement outcomes. The VP, Operations supports achievement of balanced scorecard goals for The Clinic and assures that the strategies and tactics are aligned with the goals and priorities of the system as a whole. The position is responsible for assuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards of accreditation and for achieving the quality and cost objectives that drive value to patients and the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business or related degree required. Graduate degree preferred. Eight to ten years of progressive senior leadership required. Experience in a multi-specialty physician practice environment preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitator, teacher, coach, strategic partner, process orientation, knowledge of basic financial acumen.
