As an Assistant Professor, you would provide 100% clinical effort as a practicing member of the Orthopaedics clinical services group, providing the full scope of adult reconstruction care for patients.
Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Managing the musculoskeletal patient care needs, operative and non-operative, with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
Providing excellent patient management in the outpatient and inpatient setting.
Participating in the on-call requirements as similar subspecialty physicians in the Orthopaedics Department.
Participating in the teaching of residents, fellows, and other healthcare providers.
Your performance will be assessed based on a variety of factors to include: work RVU production, meeting quality metric benchmarks (which are set annually), and fulfillment of Departmental Citizenship expectations (such as the timely completion of charts and surgical dictations, and attendance at faculty meetings/grand rounds/etc.). Your practice location will be LaGrange.
