Emory Healthcare/Emory University Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor of Spanish/Latinx Studies/Ethnic Studies in Oxford, Georgia

Oxford College of Emory University, located 36 miles east of Atlanta, seeks an excellent teacher-scholar for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Instructor in Spanish for the 2024–25 academic year. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. This position is a hybrid appointment that allows candidates to deliver courses (3/3 load) in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include teaching three in-person Spanish courses per semester at advanced levels yet within the context of the candidate’s discipline or specialization. The remainder of the load is dedicated to teaching courses in English with emphasis in Latinx Studies/Ethnic Studies.
